In pursuance of the provisions of "The Local Bodies Loans Act. 1913," Section 9. ; notice is hereby given that:— (1) The Mount Albert Borough Council proposes to raise a Special Loan of £537.500, in such instalments as may be required, ■ for the following purposes, via.:— (a) New North Road, general improvement and constTUc- ■ tion work . ... £73,500 (b) General improvement and construction work in streets of:— * "A" Ward .. £202,000 "B" • Ward .. 106.W30 "C" Ward 107,400 'D" Ward .. 33.000 (c) Transport Plant and Machinery .. .. £15.00 C (2) The proposed security for the Loan shall bt> a Special Annual-recurring Rate of Threepence ;n the £. to be made and levied upon the Rateable Value of all rateable property within the Borough of Mount Albert.
