EARTHQUAKE SHOCK.
SEVERE TREMOR AT OPOTIKI. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] OPOTIKI, Wednesday. A severe earthquake shock was experienced here about five o'clock last evening. The tremor lasted several seconds and appeared to be travelling north and south. "White Island was net affected.
