OBITUARY.
MR. JONATHAN TANNER
[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN - COK RESPONDENT. ] TAURANCiA, Monday. The death occurred at Katikati on Saturday of Mr. Jonathan Tanner, a wellknown and esteemed settler. He was a prominent footballer and runner in his young days. He is survived by his second wife and an adult family of two sons and four daughters. ■ MR. HENRY CRUST. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] DUXEDJX. Monday. The death occurred in Diinedin to-day of Mr. Henrv Crust, head of the firm ot Messrs. Crust and Crust, earners. Ho was 78 years of age. MR. H. 11. WEIGHT. [by tei.pc p. a en.—own correspondent.] PUKEKOHKC Monday. A well-known farmer of the Otaua district. Mr. Hugh Henry Wright, died suddenly at his residence to-day at the age. of 55 Years. The son of pioneers of the I'uni district, the late Mr. Wright took up land at Otaua about 25 years ago. He was a popular figure and was esteemed lor his practical generosity to fellow settlers. He leaves a wodow, two sons and two daughters. ____________
