"GRAMMAR" OLD BOYS.
REUNION IN LONDON. REMINISCENCES OF SCHOOL. [from or it own con respondent. ] LONDON, April i. Auckland Grammar School Old Boys in London held their annual dinner on March 27, Boat Itaco nijiht. Nearly a score of Old Boys assembled at the Tall Mall Restaurant, next door to the famous old Ilaymarkct Theatre, where Sir J. M. Barrie's " Mary Rose " at present holds nightly sway. The'president, Mr. T B. Ching, was in the chair. Proceedings were quite informal. and the after-dinner speeches developed into a general talk on the aims and prospects of the Old Boys' .Association, mingled with reminiscences of the old school.
Among those who spoke were Mr. Ching, Mr. 0. ('. Choyce, F.R.C.S., Dr. Bernard Myers, Mr. B. W. Firth, Mr. F Taylor, Major Hely Pounds, Major W. G. Stevens and Mr. C. R. McCuilagh, who, as the newest Old Boy present, was aide to give the old stagers many interesting details of school happenings in the last tew years. Major Helv Pounds described a scheme for holding a combined annual dinner in London of public school Old Boys from all the overseas Dominions. More may yet he heard of this proposal. Mr. J. P. Whitelnw was elected president for the coming year, and .Mr. ('harles Forsdick was again elected honorary secretary-
