FRANKLIN ELECTIONS.
BOOTH IN THE CITY. In connection with the election to morrow of members of the Franklin County Council and the Franklin Power Board, the returning officer has arranged for a polling booth at the Auckland Chamber of ('iiiiimercc rooms, Swanson Street, to enable. ratepayers of tho county who reside in the, city to record their votes.
