Vincent last evening:—Fine weather conditions will prevail over most of !ho Dominion. Southerly to south-easterly winds, moderate to strong, decreasing. Seas moderating coincident with the rapid easterly movement, of the recent Antarctic disturbance, and its "secondary" system is advancing irom tho west, and fine weather is expected to continue for several days.
