DECISION OF RULING BODY. The council of the New Zealand Rugby League Just evening discussed in committee (he attitude of tho Canterbury Hugby League regarding fiio suspension of a delegate, Mr. \V. E. S. Movie. Mr. J. Carlaw occupied the chair. Following a prolonged discussion, Mr. E. Stallworthv moved: "That the Canterbury Centre bo notified that, owing to Mr. Movie not having given effect to the resolution of the council asking him to tender his resignation from oflice, ho is forthwith debarred from holding any office in tlio centre or any other Lcr.guo under tho jurisdiction of tho Now Zealand Council." Mr. (J. M. Ponder seconded, and tho motion was carried by 10 votes to 1. The chairman, secretary and treasurer did not vote.
