A SERIOUS CHARGE.
VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY. A verdict of not guilty was returned by the jury in a case at the Supreme Court yesterday in which Jack Lyons was charged with indecent exposure at Devonport. Mr. Justice Herdrnan was on the bench. Mr. Meredith prosecuted,- and Mr. 'Singer defended Lyons.
