A SERIOUS ASSAULT.
SEAMAN FINED TEN POUNDS. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CIIRIMTCiIUKCII. Wednesday. A seaman belonging to the steamer Korean Prince, William Hays, convicted at Lytteltin of assaulting Christopher Cunningham, another member of the, crew, was fined £lO, with the option of two months' imprisonment. Cunningham had been kicked and knocked unconscious.
