THE NEW VALUATIONS. [BY TELEGRAPH. — OWN CORRESPONDENT. J TE PUKE, Tuesday. The recent revaluation of property in the Te Puke, town district resulted as follows:—Capital value, old valuation, £290,473, new £282,555, decrease £8418: unimproved value, old valuation £135,578; new £122,793, decrease £12,785. Mr. J. 0. Saunders has secured the contract for additions to the Bay of Plenty Dairy Association's factory at, Te Puke,'the amount of the tender being £lOl9. At themeeting of the Town Board lafct night a letter was received from the Te Pulcc Rugby Union asking (or financial assistance toward installing electric lights, showers and a gymnasium on thy local football grounds. The, matter was referred to the Works Committee.
