TO-DAY'S WEATHER. HERALD'S SPECIAL FORECAST. The following weather forecast for 24 hours from 7 a.m. to-day was supplied to us by Mr. H. INT. Vincent last evening:—A' change in the weather is indicated, cloudy to overcast conditions prevailing, with heavy rain following ever most of the Dominion. Districts northward of Whangarei and throughout the Waikato are expected to receive the heaviest rainfall. Easterly to northeasterly winds, strong and squally. Rougli seas on East Coast.
