MIGRANTS TO DOMINION.

INCREASE LAST QUARTER. THREE MORE EARLY BATCHES. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m) LONDON. April 9. The total number of migrants who sailed for New Zealand in the last three months was 2465, compared with 1789 in the same quarter of last year. Within the next week the Hororata will take 624 migrants for the Dominion, the Mahana 786, and the Ruapehu 252. The figures show a considerable increase and indicate that this year the quota of 13,500 will be easily attained.
