BIRKDALE IMPROVEMENTS.

RESERVE AND BEACH. The Tui Crescent reserve at Birkdale is to be ploughed and finished off Ivy the residents interested. Locks have been procured by the Birkenhead Borough Council in order that the Birkdale bathing sheds may be securely fastened during the winter. The council is also supplying the material to concrete the floors, this work to be carried out also by the residents. Likewise, by voluntary effort, the approach to the beach at Birkdale Wharf is to be improved.
