JUMPER SUITS.
A new note in this wear are two-pieco jumper suits of wool jersey, crepe de cliine, stockihgettc and kasha, in shades of oriflame (light tan), amorettc (a new blue), nilosque green, fuchsia, pansy, cyclamen, ccdarwood and almond and bottlo green. 'J'ho jumpers are finished at the yeck with attractive collars in convertible polo, Eton and Pet or Pan styles. The skirts show fancy pleats, inverted pleats, godets and flares, and are tight around the hip line and very short. Witn these suits are worn the' inevitable pull-on felt hat, the colour in every instance strictly matching the costume. ' Anothor new note is the waistcoat suit consisting of a short skirt showing a kick pleat in front, attached to a crepe do chine blouse of a tone to match, finished at the neck with a small polo collar, and topped by a single-breasted waistcoat cut on lines that, though somewhat mannish, have just the right curve at the waist to express rounded feminity. Conspicuously smart also are suits of the t.o.v holeproof and rainproof tweed, ftiese are in all styles, and feature a hip length coat imd skirt flared at foot.
