MUNIFICENT STRANGER.
MONEY FOR UNEMPLOYED. DISTRIBUTION IN ENGLAND. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. April 1. A stranger distributed more tnan £2OO in three days to unemployed men who were tramping along the main road from Cambridge to Peterborough. It is not known whether the benefactor is the German, Max Hyman, who has of late been giving large sums to people in the East End of, London.
