SOUTH AFRICAN BUDGET.
AN ESTIMATED DEFICIT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.55 p.m.) CAPETOWN, April I. In his Budget speech the Minister of Finance, Mr. N. C. Ilavenga, announced that there was a surplus of £500,000 last year. The current year's expenditure was estimated at £26,954,000 and the estimated deficit was £138,000.
