KNOCKED DOWN BY CAR.

CONCUSSION SUSTAINED. An accident occurred at five o'clock last evening, when Mrs. Garlick, of 275, Rerauera Road, was knocked down by a motor-car. Mrs. Garlick had alighted from a Meadowbank bus at the corner of Kelvin Road when the accident happened. She was removed to her home nearby and received medical aid from Dr. C. B. Rossiter. She had sustained slight concussion, but the effect of her injuries could not- be fully determined last night.
