BACON ROLLS.
These make a most appetising breakfast dish and can be prepared in a few minutes. Six rashers of bacon, three tablespoonfuls of breadcrumbs, or:c small shallot, one teaspoonsful of chopped parsley, one egg, salt and pepper. Mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley and finely minced shallot, season well with salt and pepper and bind with beaten egg. Remove the rind from the bacon, spread some of the mixture on each rasher, roll up and secure with string or small skewers. Bako in a hot oven for about eight minutes and serve.
