[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] "WELLINGTON, Thursday. During the month of February the total births registered for the urban areas amounted to 991, against 1180 in January, a decrease of 109. The deaths in February were 430, a decrease of 18 compared with the previous month. 000 1 th i® c tota !
