AEROPLANE FATALITY.
FINDING OF THE COURT. PILOT'S ERROR OF JUDGMENT. Australian and N.Z.. Cable Association. (Reed. 12.55 a.m.)--MELBOURNE. March 11. In the House of 1 Representatives to-day the Minister of Defence said the Court of Inquiry which investigated the aeroplane fatality at Canberra on February 11 had unanimously found that the machine ' was airworthy and had been properly tested before the flight. The accident was due to an error of judgment on the part of the pilot, which caused tKe stalling of the engine.
