SECURING VOLUNTEER CREWS. Australia.-, and N.Z. Cable Association. (Kecd. 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. March 1. It is reported that, as, the result of efforts made by the Ulawarra and South Coast Steam Navigation Company to re store the shipping services by enlisting volunteer workers, a full crew was secured for one vessel, which was despatched from Sydney to-day. If trouble is not experienced by her at the coastal ports, normal-sailings will shortly be resumed.
