s OHINEMURI NOMINATIONS, OVER TWENTY CANDIDATES. [BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT.] PAEHOA, Monday. Nominations for the Ohinemuri Licensing Committee closed on Saturday, and for the five seats to be filled, 22 nominations were received.

The election 13 awakening keen interest as it will be the committee's duty to decide the number of licenses to be issued. All parts of the area have representatives seeking election, and places which hardly existed in 1909, when nolicense was carried, have now grown to .such an extent that they have candidates nominated, and hope to obtain licenses when the allocation is under consideration.
