MINE MANAGERS' REPORTS. Moanataiari.—The east crosscut was advanced 7ft., a total of 812 ft'; The country is of a first-class description and several small Quartz veins have been passed through carrying a little antimony and iron pyrites. In the west crosscut .we have been timbering up the drive- and have now resumed driving on the reef, which is composed of rubbly quartz. We are crushing the ore from the Caledonia Reef and the oil plant is now working fairly well. Alburnia.—The face has been ' extended a further 17ft., making 134 ft. The reef is of a rubbly nature, carrying a nice class of mineral and is about 2ft. in width! Everything indioates that values may bo met with and a sample has been taken for assaying, ■; ' " '
