Two petitions for divorce wew dealt with .by Mr. Justice Herman m tb® Supreme 'Court yesterday. An older for restitution of conjugal nghts was * granted last September to EoMnd Louis Hart (Mr. Singer) against Patricia Dolores Hart, to whom he w» married in January, 1921, bnt who &O P^ T ' a-ied from him last year. The order had not been complied with. Divorce was now sought. No children were concerned W the matter. His Honor granted a decree nisi On the ground of prolonged separation Florence Minnie Short (Mr. Matthews) sought dissolution of heir marriage to Alfred Edward Short, which took plic* » Auckland in 1813^;>Pe titiouer said her husband develops drinking habits, which led to several temporary separations., »®d finally the granting of a magisterial separation order in September, 1922. $»»» then they had not lived together.
