RAT! FI GAT!ON BY ITALY. ONLY WO ADVERSE VOTES. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.. (Hoed. 5.5 p.*n.) ROME. Jan. '23. The Treaty of Locarno was ratified today by the Chamber of Deputies. Only two Communists voted against the ratification. A cablegram from Brussels published in Saturday's Herald stated that the Belgian Chamber of Deputies, by 124 votes to four, with four abstentions, had adopted a bill ratifying the Treaty of Locarno. | =========
