ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS. TWO NEW APPOINTMENTS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 11.55 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 19. Mr. H. G. Pilling, Assistant Colonial Secretary at Fiji, has been appointed secretary to the Western Pacific High Commission. Mr. Francis, District Officer at the Solomon Islands, is to be a British Judge at the New Hebrides.
