A railway shunter, Mr. James Mackay, a married man with five children, wa« killed at the Frankton yards shortly b<v fore five o'clock this afternoon. Deceased was riding on a rake of moving trucks and apparently attempted to cross from one side to the other betwecit two tracks. While stepping from the buffers to the brake handle he slipped and fell, and the wheels of the truck passed over him. Ho died within a few minutes. '
