RED FLAG AND JERSEYS. COMMUNIST PROPAGANDA. [ Times. LONDON. Jan. -1. j The Paris correspondent of the Times i says:—"All the world is becoming a [ football field, but it has been iaft to the Soviet to discover that the game can be used as a means of advertising the ad- | vantages of communism. A team of 1 doviet footballers is at present in France I making what is described as a propaganda tour. "The team wears red jerseys and inarches to the ground in military step, headed by the captain, carrying a red dag and to the strains of the "International.' They defeated a team of French workers by 4 points to nil."
