Among the acceptors are Lilydale. who went a good race yesterday, and those two good trotters Kolmar and Marble Star. A big field is engaged in the Park Handicap and fancies may take a wide range. Admiral Lock, Daphne Wildwood and Jewel Pointer are a trio that have shown their ability to go solidly over the distance. Thero nro only eight acceptors for the President's Handicap but that should be sufficient to provide a good contest. Ap a result o£ their good showings yesterday First Carbine, Talaro and Onyx may be the popular fancies. Backers may again follow Silk Thread and Don Douglas in tho New Year Handicap, but they are not solid. Ricardo went a good race yesterday while Marble Star and Happy Rosa have not yet started at the meeting.

A good field of seventeen is engaged in the Telegraph Handicap. Le Todd was a trifle unlucky yesterday and should again be in demand, while Dick Dillon and Wallroon may also receive solid support. Thirteen speedy pacers are engaged in the Onslow Handicap aud it should be a solidly run race. Those good ones, Great Bingen and Onyx, are in the field and their presence will give the event added interest. All Bell and Prince Pointer are nicely placed. A field of good trottors will be seen in action in the Association Handicap. On his first day's performance Peterwah may be expected to make a good showing. Others that read nicely placed are Pyramus and Napland. The meeting will conclude with tho Premier Handicap, for which there are 22 accentors. Childe Audubon, Anoziram and Nelson McCormack are in the front marks .and that may be in their favour. All have shown form over the distance. WINTON CLUB'S MEETING. RESULTS OF THE RACING.
