DEPARTURE FOR BAGDAD. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Reed. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 22. The Daily Telegraph states that it understands that ex-King Ali, vho has abdicated the throne of Hedjaz, has left Jeddah for Bagdad.
