UNREST IN CHINA.
GARRISON AT TIENTSIN. MORE JAPANESE TROOPS. A. and N.Z. . TOKIO. Dec. 22 The Government ha® decided to send immediately from Port Arthur 200 troops to Tientsin, making a total garrison of 550. The situation in the Tientsin district is regarded as precarions.
