ftfllNE MANAGERS' REPORTS. Ohinemuri.—The south drive is in 1608 ft. from the Silveratream crosscut, or a total of 2893 ft. from the mouth of the No. 3 level. This drive is now being carried along a south-westerly course, and will intersect the point immediately under where the crosscut at No. 2 level intersected high-grade ore, in another 95ft. of driving. The country at present being penetrated is such that if it continues to the point of the intersection of the reef, values may reasonably be expected. Veirn. of quartz met with along the drive have carried nicely mineralised ore. Majestic.—The south drive on the Maratoto reef is now in 12G3ft. from the main crosscut, tiuft, having been driven during the past fortnight. The reef is gradually becoming more compact as it proceeds beyond the disturbed region, and as the drive is now within the higher country on the surface, an improvement in the value of tne ore should shortly result. At a point about 100 ft. further south, payable ore was exposed on the surface in two crosscuts, ec that m the course -of four weeks the smm l drive should bo in the vicinity of the random of ifacs© crosscuts. .
