STEAMER HELD UP.
TROUBLE AT ADELAIDE. WHARF WORKERS' TACTICS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) ADELAIDE, Dec. 14. The coastal steamer Paringa has been held up owing to the wharf labourers de clining to work her. Their reason ;s that seamen helped to unload the cargo at one of the coastal ports.
