HIGH COURT PROCEEDINGS. CONCLUSION OF ARGUMENT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Rccd. 10.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, Dec. 9. Argument in the High Court on the deportation cases concluded this afternoon. Mr. A. R. Watt, K.C., for the defendants, Walsh and Johnson, withdrew the grounds relating to alleged bias on the part of the Deportation Board, which were set out in the affidavit. The Chief Justice said the Court would not be long in delivering its decision.
