SHOOTING OF AFGHAN.
GERMAN SUBJECT ARRESTED. CALCUTTA, Doc. 3. It 'ls reported that a German subject named Sauer, an assistant at the Geographical Institute at- Leipzig, has been arrested for the alleged murder of an Afghan, whom Sauer shot while he (Sauer) was motor-cycling from Kabul to Jalalaabad. Sauer has been taken into custody, and shortly will be placed on trial.
