MIGRATION PROBLEMS.
CONFERENCE IN ROME. DELEGATES FROM 45 NATIONS. (Received 9.5 p.m.) Renter. ROME. Dec. 7. Forty-five nations are represented on the committee of the International Conference on Emigration which is the outcome of the Rome Conference last year. The Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, in welcoming the delegates extolled the work of the Rome Conference in prominently calling attention to problems of migration, to which the war had given exceptional importance.
