NGAURUHOE AGAIN ACTIVE.

FINE SCENE FROM PLAINS. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] WAIMARINO, Monday. Nganruhoe was emitting a large volume of steam to-day, creating a magnificent scene from Waimarino. This side of the mountain appears to be blackened, no snow, being visible near the summit. Clouds gathered during the afternoon, obscuring the view. TAX7PO, Monday. Ngauruhoe was giving out smoke in considerable volume yesterday and to-day. Early this morning a heavy cloud was rising and as the day advanced the group of mountains was entirely hidden from view by the wind carrying the vapour across the skyline.
