DON'T RISK RUINING HAIR WITH SOAP. You can't he too cautious in washing your hair if you wish to have it show off at its very best. Generally speaking, soaps and ready-mixed shampoos are overladen with alkali, which ruins nice hair with its burning, drying, chemical action. For regular use there is nothing to equal just plain colinated coeoanut oil (a pure, saponified but quite greaseless liquid) which is far better than the most costly, heavily perfumed (hut alkali laden) soap you could use. A couple of teaspoonsful cleanses the hair from the roots to tips completely. Merely wet the hair with water arid rub it through. A copious amount of rich, heavy, creamy lather collects every sign of dust, dirt, dandruff or excess oil; and it rinses out very easily. The hair dries rapidly and uniformly, leaving the scalp soft and cool, and the hair fine and silky, brilliant, glossy and fluffy. You should have no difficulty in getting colinated cocoanut oil from any chemist, but be sure it's " colinated." This is not at all expensive and will last all the family a long time. Sister will like it immensely, because it leaves the hair as easy to dre'ss as though it hadn't been washed at all. (IMPORTANT. —Oo not confuse Colinated Cocoanut Oil with cheap and sticky emulsified, concentrated or saponified cocoanut oils, or raw cocoanut oils. There is only 0110 genuine Colinated Cocoanut Oil, non-greasy, and is compounded only by the International Laboratories. Look for the maker's naino on every bottle to secure satisfaction.) Most reasonable price chemists sell large 4oz. bottles of Colinated Cocoanut Oil for only 2s 9d. —Advt,
