BUTTER PACKAGES.
I The Danish cask holds 1121b. of butter. 'The reason they put in that much butter jiu the cask is due to the fact that they are selling on ! English weights, which require 1121b. , Hence, the package that is sold in that 'market is either 561b. or 1121b. All Cubical boxes going from Canada to New Zealand and Australia contain 561b. of !butter, or its equivalent. Denmark, however, had adopted the cask for their butter a great many years ago and put in 1121b. The cask is a hard package to remove butter from but is is quiU. fi strong, durable package.
