DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS.
SOUTH AFRICA AND AMERICA. (Received 5.5 p.m.) Reutor. NEW YORK, Dec. 5. The South African Government, following the example of the Governments of Australia and Canada, has opened a diplomatic office in the United States. South Africa is now represented in New York by Mr. Eric T. Louw, as General Commissioner.
