COW-TESTING OPERATIONS. THE RETURNS FOR NOVEMBER. i An improvement in the dairy herds of the Kaipara is disclosed as a result of the Kaipara Dairy Company's Cowtesting Association's operations for November. During last month 1322 cosws were under test and gavo an average return of 35.141b. of butter-fat, compared with an average return of 34.0/lb. fnj'in cows during November, 1924., -The highest herd return was from 11 cows, which gave an average of 100-Jib. ol milk for a return of 48.5.11b. oi butterfat. The lowest herd return wtts from 45 cows, which averaged a re turn oi 6601b. of milk for 23.361b. of bujfcter^at. The best individual return wasr. 19501b. of milk for 79.941b. of butter-fat. Ihe lowest individual return was 45yU>. o milk for 5.401b. of butter-fat.
