The Reichstag, by 271 votes to 150, passed tho second reading of the bill embodying tho acceptance of the Treaty of Locarno, the arbitration treaties and Germany's entry into the League of Nations. An amendment was rejected by 242 votes to 169. The minority consisted oi German Nationalists, Communists, extreme Nationalists and some members of the Economic Party.
