Councillors and Inhabitants of the Countv of Waitemata. hereby py-s notice in terms of Sections 9 and 10 of the Local Bodies Act, 1913. that the Waitemata County Council propose to, enpace in the following undertaking, which thev are duly authorised to do by law. and being unable to provide the necessary funds for such work out. of the ordinary jrevenue of tho Council, propose to raise a special loan for the purpose. (c) It is proposed to pay out of the loan the preliminary expenses in connection witn tho scheme, for which tho loan is proposed to _be raised, and also the cost of raising the loan, but not the interest and sinking fund for tho fir3t year of tho loan.
