CITY AND SUBURBAN CLUB. The City and Suburbs Rifle Club decided the second shoot of its second series for trophies presented by Messrs. G. S. Kent and J. Stanton at Penrose oil Saturday. A strong wind and an occasional shower mado frequent adjustments of sights necessary but the high standard of shooting in the first series was well maintained. Results are as follow: — A Grade.—A. J. Patrick, 48 at SOOyds, 48 at 900yds—tot,Ail 96; J. A. Spry 49, 46—95; A. J Pieterson, 49, 46—95; H. J. Verrall, 48, 46—94; R L. Rupsel, 47, 45—92; A. C. Watson, 43, 44—87; J. C. The handicap competition for a Cup donated by Mr. R. A. Laidlaw will be commenced next Saturday.
