MEN REMAIN OBDURATE. [BY TELEGRAPBf. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH. Friday. When a call was made at 8 a.m. to-day for labour to discharge the remainder of the Wonganella's phosphate cargo there was no response by the waterside workers, who evidently did not approve of Mr. C. 11. Hewlett as sole arbitrator in the dispute and who fixed the rate of pay at 2s lOd an hour.
