AUCKLAND STOCK EXCHANGE. THE WEEK'S TRANSACTIONS. A healthy tone prevailed on the Auckland sharernarket yesterday. There was a very satisfactory demand for Governj menf .securities, and the 1930 issue of War j Loans sold at the ruling price of £96 10s. | flanks and insurances were very freely | quoted at late or improved figures, al- • though the only sale in these departj merits was in Bank of New Zealand at I lhe unchanged price of 56s 9d. In com- ! mercial debentures, New Zealatid i Breweries reflected the result of the licens- ' ing poll and improved further to sell at 25s 9d.
