TO CLEAN A BATH.
Sometimes the bath is very difficult to get perfectly clean, and this is especially lhe case, where the water is hard. You will find this a useful hint: —Put into a jar holding 31!'., one handful each washing soda and whiting, end an equal amount of soft soap. Pill the iar with boiling water, and stand it on the range, or on an oven shelf plated over the gas ling; stir the contents frequently until well mixed. W hen required for use. pour a small quantity into a basin, and rub it on the sides and bottom of the bath with a coarse flannel.
