THE BOGUS SWEEPSTAKE.
ANOTHER MAN ARRESTED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Oct. 15. The police have arrested another man in connection with the alleged bogus sweepstake, tickets for which were distributed in New Zealand from Sydney. It was to be on the New Zealand Cup to be run at Christchurch next month.
