FRANCE NEEDS MONEY.
£30,000, DCS BEFORE 1928. WARS LOANS AND WAGES. (Received 10.5 p.m.) Sua. LONDON. Oct. 1!. A message from Paris states that the French Treasury is again faced with difficulties. The Minister for Finance, M. Caillaux, announces that £30,000.000 of new money must be found before 1926 in order to pay the expenses of the Moroccan and Syrian campaigns, to meet the redemption of loans and to cover the higher wages being paid to Government employees.
