Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Albert Borough Council held on Tuesday, the 13th day of October, 1925. the following Resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held on TUESDAY, the 10th day of November, 1925, at 7.30 p.m., at the Council Chambers, New North Road, Auckland:— RESOLUTION. BY-LAW No. 2. "In pursuance of the powers conferred on it by "The Public Works Act, 1908," "The Municipal Corporations Act, .1920," "The Motor Vehicles Act, 1924." and of every other power in that behalf enabling it the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby makes by way of SPECIAL ORDER the following by-law:— The object, and purport of the proposed by-law are as follows: 1. Prohibiting the leaving of vehicles unattended in certain streets in the. District. 2. Prohibiting the leaving of vehicles for more than ha'f an hour in certain streets in the District.. 3. Providing for a maximum speed for mechanically-propelled vehicles. 4. Amending Clause 47 of By-law No. .1. A full copy of this By-law is deposited at the Offices of the Mount Albert Borough Council, New North Road, Auckland, and is open to the inspection of the public during Office Hours until the said 10th day of November, 1925. • Dated this 14th day of 11.
