BY-LAW No. 2. "In pursuance of the powers conferred on it by "The Public Works Act, 1908," "The Municipal Corporations Act, .1920," "The Motor Vehicles Act, 1924." and of every other power in that behalf enabling it the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby makes by way of SPECIAL ORDER the following by-law:— The object, and purport of the proposed by-law are as follows: 1. Prohibiting the leaving of vehicles unattended in certain streets in the. District. 2. Prohibiting the leaving of vehicles for more than ha'f an hour in certain streets in the District.. 3.
